Code of Conduct - Health and Safety
No student shall create conditions in a dorm room or suite that would cause that student to fail a health and safety inspection. Health and safety inspections will be completed periodically throughout the semester and typically after the midterm week. These inspections are completed by at least two staff members (any combination of housing and maintenance) and are used as a tool to ensure proper care is being taken of the facility. Violations can include but are not limited to failure to comply, health and safety, and/or fire safety and are turned over to the Office of Student Conduct. Damages incurred while residing on campus while be charged directly to the student account and a hold will be placed on their record until paid.
