Assault
No student shall push, strike, or physically contact any member of the faculty, administration, staff, student body, or any visitor. Pushing, striking or physical contact with those listed above may be allowed:

- In the course of official intramural or athletic sports;
- In the course of mutually consensual activity;
- To remove that person from immediate threat or harm; or
- To defend oneself from immediate threat or harm.
